I had a bad bleed at 22 weeks. I had placenta previa. My cervix was completely covered by my placenta. I had bed rest for a few weeks and had no more bleeding.

At 34+1 weeks I had gone to order his crib when I felt uncomfortable down there when I went to the toilet my plug had gone. I called the hospital was told to go straight down with me been a high risk pregnancy. I was in a lot of pain in my back they monitored him. They sent me for a emergency scan when the doctor said we need to deliver your baby now.

I was in Labour if my cervix opened I would deliver the placenta first. I taken for a emergency c section. He wasn't breathing properly and was rushed to nicu. He was on CPAP but took a turn for the worse and was put on a life support machine he was on that for 3 days then on high flow.

He's now a beautiful 5 and half months and doing well. I will be forever grateful to all the staff at the hospital.
