My third baby Leo was born at 30 weeks 33 years ago in 1986.He weighed 3lb 2 ozs.I had Placenta Praevia and we both nearly died.I had an emergency Caesarian and we both had blood transfusions.This was before blood was screened.

I was in hospital for 2 weeks, and the baby for 6 weeks, initially in the special care baby unit in an incubator.Thankfully we both survived, and he is now a 6ft 2 intelligent handsome man. So grateful as the story could have been so different.
